Ingredients:
3/4 Cup Organic Rolled Oats
3 Heapes TBS of our Apple Compote
1/4 Cup of Creamy Oat Milk or your favourite Milk
3 Heaped TBS of Coconut Yoghurt
1x Heaped TBS of Almond Butter (or your choice of nut butter)
Dash of Cinnamon
Mason Jar
Directions:
Place oats in the Bottom of the Mason Jar with the Oat Milk, give this mixture a little mix to ensure the oats are coated in liquid. Add the rest of the ingredients in stages. Give the mixture a gentle mix to blend the flavours and top with a little extra yoghurt and a TBS of Apple Compote. Place in the fridge overnight ready for you to grab as you leave about your days adventures OR turn this mix into a nutrient dense smoothie to grab and go.
